The portal lets an organization keep its own cardholder list, design ID cards, and send print jobs to a CCS bureau. CCS prints the cards. The organization decides what personal information is collected.
A customer account has one Org Admin and up to three other logins unless CCS changes that limit. Reseller logins do not count toward it. A reseller application is reviewed by CCS before any client organization can be created. The portal is not white-labeled: every screen is CCS ID Printing.
Submitting an order stores a proof approval: who approved it, when, and a snapshot of the card data. Prices come from the list CCS assigned to the organization, or to its reseller, or from the default list. Official invoices and receipts are issued outside this portal. A reseller statement in the portal is a summary only.
Order snapshots, card images, and print files are deleted 15 days after the job is marked printed. The proof approval row is kept. A request to delete an account does not erase data by itself. CCS will act on that request separately. An automatic inactivity archive is not part of this portal yet.
Support access exists only when an Org Admin, or a reseller admin for its clients, grants it. The grant has an end time, can be revoked, and records what CCS staff viewed or changed.
