Your organization keeps its own cardholder list. CCS staff see a job only after you submit it, or while you have explicitly granted support access. Pickup is printed at the bureau you select.

Resellers apply after creating an account. Apply as a reseller. CCS approves the application before any client organization exists.

For organizations

One Org Admin, and up to three other people, unless CCS Admin raises the limit.

HR keeps the records. A designer lays out the card. IT can be allowed to pay. Resellers can work across the client organizations assigned to them.

For the bureau

Cashier, Sales, Printer, and Tech each see a different desk.

Chip and proximity cards print only where a DNP retransfer printer is installed. Manila, Cebu, and Davao each have one, plus Magicard printers for standard cards.
